Project Management

Once your bathroom design has been finalised, Geraldine will project manage the complete renovation coordinating all trades and supplies.

Before installation begins Biba will provide you with a timetable of what is happening and when. This way you know what to expect and when the renovation will be completed.

A typical bathroom renovation requires the following tradespeople at various stages throughout the renovation:

• Plumber
• Builder
• Electrician
• Plasterer
• Painter
• Waterproofing specialist
• Underfloor heating installer
• Tiler
• Shower installer

Geraldine will be onsite daily to manage the various tradespeople and brief them on their part of the renovation. This avoids any confusion and ensures the installation runs smoothly and is completed on time.

All work is carried out by tradespeople chosen by Biba because of their professional attitude and the quality of their work.
